This medicine decreases blood pressure by competitively antagonizing against angiotensin II type 1 receptors, and by reducing calcium ion flow into cell and relaxing smooth mascle of peripheral vessels.
It is usually used to treat hypertension.
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
breathing difficulty, swelling of face / tongue / throat[angioedema] weakness of the limbs, numbness of lips, muscle weakness[hyperkalemia] vomiting, faint, loss of consciousness [shock, syncope, unconsciousness] edema, malaise, decreased urine output, anuria[renal failure] general malaise, loss of appetite, yellowness in the skin or conjunctiva[fulminant hepatitis, hepatic dysfunction, jaundice]
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is (( to be written by a healthcare professional)) In general, for adults, take one tablet at a time, once a day. Strictly follow the instructions. If you missed a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule.You should never take two doses at one time. If you accidentally took more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist. Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

If you have renal artery stenosis.

・If you are a patient with aspirin-induced asthma, or have a history of aspirin-induced asthma.
・If you have a history of hypersensitivity to tiaprofenic acid, suprofen, fenofibrate, or products containing oxybenzone or octocrylene (sunscreen, fragrance, etc.).
・If you have a history with photosensitivity reaction.
・If you are a patient with bronchial asthma.
・If you are under the age of 20 (If you have many opportunities to be exposed to sunlight such as outdoor activities, etc.).
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Precautions while taking this medicine
・Shield the application site from sunlight with colored clothes or supporters during application and for the time being after use, since this medicine may cause photosensitivity (a rash developed at the site exposed to sunlight).
