Usage and dosage
Adults (15 years and older): 1 package per serving
Take twice a day, in the morning and evening, before or between meals, with water or hot water. Alternatively, dissolve it in hot water, stir well, and then warm it up.
Over 7 years old and under 15 years old: 2/3 pack per serving
