“Loxonin S Premium” is a premium prescription antipyretic analgesic that takes into consideration three aspects: speed, effectiveness, and gentleness.
●Allyl isopropylacetylurea is added to the analgesic ingredient (loxoprofen sodium hydrate), which quickly works on painful pain, to enhance the analgesic effect.
●Additionally, anhydrous caffeine is added to help relieve pain.
●Contains magnesium aluminate metasilicate, which protects the stomach by protecting the gastric mucosa.
●It is a small tablet that is easy to swallow.
Efficacy/effect
● Pain relief for headaches, menstrual pain (menstrual pain), toothache, pain after tooth extraction, sore throat, lower back pain, joint pain, neuralgia, muscle pain, stiff shoulders, ear pain, bruise pain, fracture pain, sprain pain, and trauma pain.

Ingredients/Amount
This drug is a very pale red film-coated tablet, and contains the following ingredients in 2 tablets.
Loxoprofen sodium hydrate: 68.1 mg (60 mg as anhydrous)
Allylisopropylacetylurea: 60mg
Anhydrous caffeine: 50mg
Magnesium metasilicate aluminate: 100mg
Additives: Lactose, cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, croscarmellose Na, Mg stearate, hypromellose, titanium oxide, talc, iron sesquioxide, carnauba wax
Usage and dosage
Adults (15 years and older): 2 tablets per dose, up to 2 doses per day. When symptoms occur, avoid taking the medicine on an empty stomach and take it with water or lukewarm water. However, if your symptoms occur again, you can take a third dose.
Please wait at least 4 hours between doses.
Do not use if under 15 years of age.

4. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.

(2) If peptic ulcer or swelling appears after taking the drug.
In addition, in rare cases, serious symptoms such as gastrointestinal bleeding (vomiting of blood, nausea/vomiting, abdominal pain, black tar-like stool, bloody stool, etc.), gastrointestinal perforation (a hole in the gastrointestinal tract; nausea, vomiting, severe abdominal pain, etc.), and small/large intestine narrowing/obstruction (nausea/vomiting, abdominal pain, abdominal distention, etc.) may occur. Kidney disorder: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, general swelling, general malaise, joint pain (pain in the joints), diarrhea, etc. may appear.
Congestive heart failure: Symptoms include general malaise, palpitations, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, chest pain, dizziness, and fainting.
Interstitial pneumonia: When you climb stairs or push yourself too hard, you may experience shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, dry cough, fever, etc., which may appear suddenly or persist.
Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes), brown urine, general malaise, loss of appetite, etc. may appear.
Rhabdomyolysis: Muscle pain in the limbs, shoulders, lower back, etc., numbness in the limbs, weakness, stiffness, general malaise, reddish-brown urine, etc.
Aseptic meningitis: Severe headache accompanied by stiffness in the neck, fever, nausea, and vomiting appear. (Such symptoms are particularly frequently reported in people receiving treatment for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease.)
Asthma: wheezing, whistling, and difficulty breathing when breathing.
