Relief of cold symptoms (sore throat, fever, chills, headache, runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, cough, phlegm, joint pain, muscle pain)

This drug is a white film-coated tablet and contains the following ingredients in 6 tablets.
Tranexamic acid…750mg
(It suppresses plasmin, the source of inflammation, and soothes swelling and pain in the throat.)
Ibuprofen…450mg
(It works on prostaglandins, which are the cause of inflammation and pain, suppressing sore throats and lowering fever.)
Clemastine fumarate…1.34mg (1mg as clemastine)
(Continuously suppresses allergy symptoms (runny nose, sneezing, etc.)
Bromhexine hydrochloride…12mg
(It makes it easier to produce phlegm, which is one of the causes of coughing.)
dl-methylephedrine hydrochloride…60mg
(It expands the bronchi and relieves coughs.)
Dihydrocodeine phosphate…24mg
(Acts on the cough center and relieves cough.)
Thiamine nitrate (vitamin B1 nitrate)…25mg

The riboflavin (vitamin B2) contained in this drug may turn your urine yellow.

Please take the following amount with water or hot water.
Adults (15 years and older): 2 tablets per dose, 3 times a day, preferably within 30 minutes after meals.
Children under 15 years of age: Do not take this product.

3. Do not operate a vehicle or operate machinery after taking this medicine.

Aseptic meningitis: Severe headache accompanied by stiffness in the neck, fever, nausea and vomiting, etc. appear. (Such symptoms are particularly frequently reported in people receiving treatment for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease.)
Interstitial pneumonia: When you climb stairs or push yourself too hard, you experience shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, dry cough, fever, etc., which appear suddenly or persist.
Asthma: wheezing, whistling, and difficulty breathing when breathing.
