A comprehensive cold medicine containing eight ingredients that are highly effective against painful cold symptoms such as sore throat and fever.
1. Two anti-inflammatory ingredients, tranexamic acid and ibuprofen, suppress the inflammation that causes painful cold symptoms and are highly effective against sore throats, fever, etc.
2. Clemastine fumarate, a long-acting antihistamine ingredient, suppresses cold allergy symptoms (runny nose, stuffy nose).
3. The expectorant component bromhexine hydrochloride makes it easier to produce sputum that causes coughing.
4. Dihydrocodeine phosphate and dl-methylephedrine hydrochloride relieve a painful cough.
5. Aluminum PTP packaging convenient for carrying.

This drug is a white film-coated tablet and contains the following ingredients in 6 tablets.
Tranexamic acid…750mg
(It suppresses plasmin, the source of inflammation, and soothes swelling and pain in the throat.)
Ibuprofen…450mg
(It works on prostaglandins, which are the cause of inflammation and pain, suppressing sore throats and lowering fever.)
Clemastine fumarate…1.34mg (1mg as clemastine)
(Continuously suppresses allergy symptoms (runny nose, sneezing, etc.)
Bromhexine hydrochloride…12mg
(It makes it easier to produce phlegm, which is one of the causes of coughing.)
dl-methylephedrine hydrochloride…60mg

Usage and dosage
Please take the following amount with water or hot water.
Adults (15 years and older): 2 tablets per dose, 3 times a day, preferably within 30 minutes after meals.
Children under 15 years of age: Do not take this product.

3. Do not operate a vehicle or operate machinery after taking this medicine.

Kidney disorder: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, general swelling, general malaise, joint pain (pain in the joints), diarrhea, etc. may appear.
Aseptic meningitis: Severe headache accompanied by stiffness in the neck, fever, nausea and vomiting, etc. appear. (Such symptoms are particularly frequently reported in people receiving treatment for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease.)
Interstitial pneumonia: When you climb stairs or push yourself too hard, you experience shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, dry cough, fever, etc., which appear suddenly or persist.
Asthma: wheezing, whistling, and difficulty breathing when breathing.
