This is a chewable pharmaceutical tablet containing vitamin C, vitamin B2, and vitamin B6 that is effective against rough skin, acne, canker sores, and fatigue, and can be swallowed without water.

Efficacy/effect

Usage and dosage
Take 1 tablet once a day for ages 7 and up and under 15 years old, and 2 tablets once a day for ages 15 and over, either by chewing them whole or by dissolving them in the mouth.
You can take it anytime in the morning, afternoon, or evening. It can also be taken with water.
