1. Contains iron that cures anemia, so you can expect an effect on anemia by taking one tablet a day for two to three weeks.
2. The iron content in this product is easily absorbed by the body, and cures anemia and fatigue, sluggishness, and lightheadedness caused by anemia.
3. Each tablet contains 10mg of iron, the same amount of iron contained in 111g of chicken liver or 500g of spinach.

The soluble ferric pyrophosphate contained in this product may cause constipation or dark stools.
Usage and dosage
Adults (15 years and older), take 1 tablet once a day after meals.
It doesn’t matter when you drink it, morning, noon or night.

(2) Do not drink gyokuro, sencha, coffee, or black tea for 30 minutes before or after taking this drug. Hojicha, bancha, oolong tea, genmaicha, and barley tea are acceptable.
