Contains vitamin B1, which is effective for muscle fatigue, vitamin E, which improves poor blood circulation, and active vitamin B12 (mecobalamin), which repairs damage to peripheral nerves.
It also contains folic acid, which strengthens the action of mecobalamin, and is effective against stiff shoulders and lower back pain, which can be felt as stiffness that cannot be reached by weight.
