Among modern people who lead busy lives, there are many who suffer from sleepless days due to stress and other factors.
Antihistamine: An over-the-counter sleep-improving drug containing diphenhydramine hydrochloride.
It is effective in temporarily alleviating insomnia symptoms such as difficulty falling asleep or shallow sleep.

Diphenhydramine hydrochloride…50mg
(It suppresses the effects of histamine in the brain, causing sleepiness.)
Additives: Lactose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, silicic anhydride, croscarmellose Na, Mg stearate, hypromellose, white sugar, titanium oxide, carnauba wax
Usage and dosage
If you have trouble falling asleep or have light sleep, take the following dose once a day with water or lukewarm water before going to bed.
Adults (15 years and older): 2 tablets per dose, once a day
Under 15 years of age: Do not take
(1) Please strictly follow the prescribed usage and dosage.
(2) Do not take it except before bedtime.
(3) How to take out the tablet
As shown in the image, press firmly on the convex part of the PTP sheet containing the tablet with your fingertips to break the aluminum foil on the back, take it out, and take it. (If you accidentally swallow it whole, it may pierce the esophageal mucosa or cause an unexpected accident.)

Usage precautions
1. Do not use the following people
(1) Pregnant women or people who appear to be pregnant.
(2) Children under 15 years of age.

(4) Persons diagnosed with insomnia.
2. Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this drug:
Other hypnotic sedatives, cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, antitussive expectorants, oral medicines containing antihistamines, etc. (oral medicines for rhinitis, motion sickness medicine, allergy medicines, etc.)
3. Do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery after taking this medicine.
(This medicine may cause drowsiness and cause an accident. Also, if you feel drowsy or sluggish until the next day after taking this drug, do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery until these symptoms disappear.)
4. Do not take this drug if you are breastfeeding, or avoid breastfeeding if you are taking this drug.
5. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking the drug
6. Please only take it when you have trouble falling asleep or have light sleep, and do not use it continuously

・If you are a patient with bronchial asthma.
・If you are under the age of 20 (If you have many opportunities to be exposed to sunlight such as outdoor activities, etc.).

Precautions while taking this medicine
・Shield the application site from sunlight with colored clothes or supporters during application and for the time being after use, since this medicine may cause photosensitivity (a rash developed at the site exposed to sunlight).
