Usage and dosage
Adults (15 years and older) 1.3g at a time, 8-14 years old 0.65g at a time, 3 times a day after or between meals.
(One scoop of the attached spoon weighs about 1.3g. Please use the slotting board on the back of the inner lid. “Between meals” refers to 2 to 3 hours after meals.)
