A comprehensive cold medicine containing antipyretic and analgesic ingredients, bronchodilator ingredients, antiallergic ingredients, and antitussive and expectorant ingredients.
As an anti-allergy ingredient, it contains chlorpheniramide instead of bitter diphenhydramine.
Efficacy/effect
Relief of cold symptoms (runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills (chills due to fever), headache, joint pain, muscle pain)

Acetaminophen 300mg/chlorpheniramine maleate 2.5mg/dextromethorphan hydrobromide hydrate 16mg/dl-methylephedrine hydrochloride 20mg
Usage and dosage
Take 3 times a day after each meal and before bedtime if necessary. In some cases, the medicine may be taken up to 6 times a day, approximately every 4 hours.
3 years old or older and under 7 years old 10mL per dose
1 year old or older and under 3 years old 7.5mL per dose
6 months or older and under 1 year old: 6mL once
3 months or more but less than 6 months 5mL at a time
Do not take it for less than 3 months

1. The following people should not take this product:
● People who have had allergic symptoms due to this drug or its ingredients.
● People who have had asthma while taking this drug or other cold medicines or antipyretic analgesics.
2. Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this drug:
Other cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, antitussive expectorants, oral medicines containing antihistamines, etc. (oral medicines for rhinitis, medicines for motion sickness, medicines for algias, etc.).
3. Do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery after taking this medicine.
(Drowsiness, etc. may occur.)
4. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking the drug
5. Please do not use it for a long time

Liver disease, kidney disease, gastric/duodenal ulcer, glaucoma.
2. If the following symptoms appear after taking this medicine, it may be a side effect, so please stop taking it immediately and consult your doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this document.
Skin: Rash/redness, itching
Gastrointestinal: Nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite
Neuropsychiatric system: dizziness
Respiratory: shortness of breath, difficulty breathing
Urinary system: difficulty urinating
Other: Excessive hypothermia
In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur. In that case, please see a doctor immediately.
・Shock (anaphylaxis)
Immediately after taking the drug, symptoms such as itchy skin, hives, hoarse voice, sneezing, itchy throat, shortness of breath, palpitations, and clouded consciousness may occur.
・Oculomucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis
High fever, bloodshot eyes, eye discharge, sore lips, sore throat, widespread rash/redness on the skin, small bumps (pustules) appearing on reddened skin, general malaise, loss of appetite, etc. persist or suddenly worsen.
・Drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome
Symptoms include widespread redness of the skin, generalized rash, fever, feeling tired, and swelling of the lymph nodes (neck, armpits, groin, etc.).
・Hepatic dysfunction fever
Itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes), brown urine, general malaise, and loss of appetite may appear.
・Kidney disorder
Symptoms include fever, rash, decreased urine output, general swelling, general malaise, joint pain (pain in the joints), and diarrhea.
・Interstitial pneumonia
When you go up stairs or push yourself too hard, you may experience shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, dry cough, fever, etc., and these symptoms may appear suddenly or persist.
・Asthma
You may experience wheezing, whistling, or difficulty breathing when breathing.
・Aplastic anemia
Bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin and mucous membranes, feeling of fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling unwell and dizzy, blood in the urine, etc. may appear.
・Agranulocytosis
Sudden onset of high fever, chills, sore throat, etc.
3. The following symptoms may appear after taking this medicine. If these symptoms persist or worsen, please stop taking this medicine and consult your doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this document.
Dry mouth, drowsiness
4. If your symptoms do not improve after taking 5 to 6 times, please stop taking the drug and consult your doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this document.
Precautions for storage and handling
1 Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
2. Keep out of reach of children.
3. Please do not transfer to another container.

4. Wipe the area around the mouth of the bottle clean before each dose and close the cap.
5. Do not take the product after the expiration date.
