It is a brown powder that contains the following ingredients in 3 sachets (4g x 3, daily dose for an adult).
Acetaminophen…900mg

d-Chlorpheniramine maleate…3.5mg

Dihydrocodeine phosphate…24mg

dl-methylephedrine hydrochloride…60mg
