Take the following amount with water or hot water between meals and on an empty stomach before bedtime.
Adults (15 years and older): 1 package per dose, 3 times a day
8 years old or older and under 15 years old: 1/2 pack per dose, 3 times a day
Children under 8 years of age: Do not take
