4. If you wish to continue moxibustion, wait until the fire is completely extinguished, then press the moxa lightly without removing the ashes, and place a new moxa on top.
5. Aim for 3 to 5 times at a time, and vary depending on your skin and body condition that day.
6. After the treatment is finished, wipe the skin (accupoints) where the moxibustion was applied with a clean cloth.
