Usage and dosage
Please take the following amount with water or hot water before or between meals.
○Adults (15 years and older): 3 to 5 tablets per dose, 3 to 5 times per day
○Those under 15 years of age: Do not take this product.
Before a meal: refers to an empty stomach 30 minutes to 1 hour before a meal.
Between meals: refers to the empty stomach 2 to 3 hours after a meal.
