This medicine inhibits an enzyme that degrades incretin to enhance insulinotropic effect and glucagon release inhibitory effect when blood glucose level is high and thereby to improve blood glucose control.
It is usually used to treat type II diabetes mellitus.
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
cold sweat, a sense of hunger, shivering of limbs[hypoglycemia] severe constipation, abdominal distention, continuous abdominal pain[intestinal obstruction] general malaise, loss of appetite, nausea[liver dysfunction] blister, erosion, erythema[pemphigoid] cough, respiratory distress, fever[interstitial pneumonia] severe upper abdominal pain, lumbar/back pain, nausea[acute pancreatitis]
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is (( to be written by a healthcare professional)) In general, for adults, take one tablet (5 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, once a day. Strictly follow the instructions. If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time. If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist. Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
The following patients may need to be careful when using
this medicine.
Be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist.
If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines or foods.
If you have diabetic ketoacidosis, diabetic coma or precoma, type I diabetes mellitus or infection.
If you are before or after undergoing a surgery.
If you have trauma, pituitary abnormality or adrenal disease.
If you do not take enough meals/nutrient or you are debilitating.
If you do hard exercise or consume large amounts of alcohol.
If you have a history of abdominal surgery or intestinal obstruction.If you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Storage conditions and other information
Keep out of reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Discard the remainder. Do not store them.

・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
・If you are a patient with aspirin-induced asthma, or have a history of aspirin-induced asthma.
・If you have a history of hypersensitivity to tiaprofenic acid, suprofen, fenofibrate, or products containing oxybenzone or octocrylene (sunscreen, fragrance, etc.).
・If you have a history with photosensitivity reaction.
・If you are a patient with bronchial asthma.
・If you are under the age of 20 (If you have many opportunities to be exposed to sunlight such as outdoor activities, etc.).
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Precautions while taking this medicine
・Shield the application site from sunlight with colored clothes or supporters during application and for the time being after use, since this medicine may cause photosensitivity (a rash developed at the site exposed to sunlight).
