Ingredients/Amount
Lactomin (Felicus bacteria, Lactobacillus acidophilus): 18mg
Bifidobacterium: 24mg
Dimethylpolysiloxane: 180mg
Contains magnesium aluminate metasilicate, lactose, white sugar, methylcellulose, polysorbate 80, sorbitan fatty acid ester, silicic anhydride, and talc as additives.
Usage and dosage
Be sure to take the following amount with water or hot water after a meal (preferably within 30 minutes).
Adults (15 years and older) 1 packet (limited to 3 times a day)
Over 11 years old and under 15 years old: 2/3 packs (limited to 3 times a day)
8 years old or older and under 11 years old: 1/2 pack (limited to 3 times a day)
Ages 5 to 8: 1/3 pack (limited to 3 times a day)
Ages 3 to 5: 1/4 pack (limited to 3 times a day)
Children under 3 years old: Do not take
