Usage and dosage

Please take the following amount.
Adults (15 years of age or older): 1 package, 1 to 3 times a day. If taking twice a day, take in the morning and evening; if taking three times a day, take in the morning, noon, and evening.
11 years old or older and under 15 years old: 2/3 pack per dose, 1 to 3 times a day. If taking twice a day, take in the morning and evening; if taking three times a day, take in the morning, noon, and evening.
For ages 7 to under 11: 1/2 pack per dose, 1 to 3 times a day. If taking twice a day, take in the morning and evening; if taking three times a day, take in the morning, noon, and evening.
Children under 7 years old: Do not take this product.
