Usage and dosage
Adults (over 15 years old) 1 packet at a time
11 years old or older and under 15 years old 2/3 pack per dose
1/2 packet per serving for ages 8 and up and under 11 years old
1/3 pack per serving for ages 5 and up and under 8 years old
Do not use if under 5 years old
Take 3 times a day after meals.
*After meals refers to within 30 minutes after meals.
*Please take with water or lukewarm water.
