This medicine acts antagonistically upon the receptor for angiotensin II which is a pressor substance and also acts on the calcilum channel of smooth muscle of blood vessels to reduce resistance of peripheral blood vessels and eventually lower blood pressure.
It is usually used to treat hypertension.
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
facial/tongue/throat swelling, breathlessness[angioedema] feeling cold, vomiting, falling unconscious[shock, syncope, loss of consciousness] decreased urination output, swelling of face and hands/feet, fever[acute renal disorder] numbness of hands/feet and lips, muscle weakness[hyperkalemia] yellowing of the skin/white of the eyes, general malaise, loss of appetite[hepatitis, liver disorder, jaundice] muscle pain lassitude, reddish brown urine[rhabdomyolysis] nose bleeding, gingival bleeding, subcutaneous hemorrhage, fever, throat pain[decreased platelet count, decreased white blood cell] bradycardia, dizziness[atrioventricular block]
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is (( to be written by a healthcare professional)) For adults: In general, take 1 tablet at a time, once a day. Strictly follow the instructions. If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. If there is less than 8 hours to the next dose, skip the missed dose and take the next dose at your regular time. You should never take two doses at one time. If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist. Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

this medicine.
Be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist.
If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itching, rash, etc.) to any medicines or foods.
If you have a high blood potassium level, renal disorder, liver disorde r or cerebrovascular disorder.If you are apreoperative patient, receiving hemodialysis or on a regimen of low salt diet.If you are pregnant, possibly pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Storage conditions and other information
Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Discard the remainder. Do not store them.

・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
・If you are a patient with aspirin-induced asthma, or have a history of aspirin-induced asthma.
・If you have a history of hypersensitivity to tiaprofenic acid, suprofen, fenofibrate, or products containing oxybenzone or octocrylene (sunscreen, fragrance, etc.).
・If you have a history with photosensitivity reaction.
・If you are a patient with bronchial asthma.
・If you are under the age of 20 (If you have many opportunities to be exposed to sunlight such as outdoor activities, etc.).
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Precautions while taking this medicine
・Shield the application site from sunlight with colored clothes or supporters during application and for the time being after use, since this medicine may cause photosensitivity (a rash developed at the site exposed to sunlight).
