Bufferin products are available with different active ingredients.
The antipyretic and analgesic ingredients of this product are ibuprofen and acetaminophen.

Efficacy/effect
1) Pain relief for menstrual pain (menstrual pain), headache, lower back pain, stiff shoulders, muscle pain, joint pain, bruise pain, fracture pain, sprain pain, toothache, pain after tooth extraction, neuralgia, earache, trauma pain, and sore throat.
2) Relief of fever during chills and fever
Ingredients/Amount
[Active ingredient] in 2 tablets
Ibuprofen: 130mg (Reduces pain and lowers fever.)
Acetaminophen: 130mg (Reduces pain and lowers fever.)
Anhydrous caffeine: 80mg (helps suppress pain and relieves headaches)
Dry aluminum hydroxide gel: 70mg (Protects the gastric mucosa and prevents stomach irritation.)
*Contains hydroxypropyl cellulose, D-mannitol, lactic acid, Mg stearate, polyvinyl alcohol (partially saponified), talc, titanium oxide, glycerin fatty acid ester, and sodium lauryl sulfate as additives.
Usage and dosage
Avoid taking the medicine on an empty stomach as much as possible, and wait at least 4 hours between doses. Please take the following amount with water or lukewarm water.
Adults (15 years and older): 2 tablets per dose, limited to 3 times per day.
Children under 15 years of age: Do not take

(2) How to take out the tablet As shown in the figure on the right, press the convex part of the PTP sheet containing the tablet firmly with your fingertips, break the aluminum foil on the back, take it out, and drink it.

2. Do not take any of the following medicines while taking this drug:
Other antipyretic analgesics, cold medicines, and sedatives
3. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking the drug
4. Please do not use it for a long time

Oculomucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: High fever, bloodshot eyes, eye discharge, sore lips, sore throat, extensive skin rash/redness, small bumps (pustules) appearing on reddened skin, general malaise, loss of appetite, etc. that persist or worsen rapidly.
Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes), brown urine, general malaise, loss of appetite, etc. may appear.
Kidney disorder: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, general swelling, general malaise, joint pain (pain in the joints), diarrhea, etc. may appear.
Interstitial pneumonia: When you climb stairs or push yourself too hard, you may experience shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, dry cough, fever, etc., which may appear suddenly or persist.
Aseptic meningitis: Symptoms include severe headache accompanied by stiffness in the neck, fever, nausea, and vomiting (these symptoms are particularly frequently reported in people receiving treatment for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease).
Asthma: wheezing, whistling, and difficulty breathing when breathing.
Aplastic anemia: Bruises, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling sick and dizzy, blood in the urine, etc. may appear.
