Cerequinone S is a drug that improves recurrent symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), containing the gastrointestinal motility regulating component trimebutine maleate.
Trimebutine maleate normalizes intestinal motility by suppressing it when it is high and increasing it when it is low, and is highly effective against all types of IBS, including diarrhea type, constipation type, and mixed type of IBD, which are painful intestinal problems caused by stress.

Efficacy/effect

Relief of the following symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome: Repeatedly or alternately accompanied by abdominal pain or discomfort
Diarrhea and constipation that occur (limited to those who have previously been diagnosed and treated by a doctor)

Daily dose: 300mg of trimebutine maleate in 3 tablets Additives: Ethylcellulose, carmellose Ca, Mg stearate, cellulose, hypromellose, macrogol

Usage precautions

1. Do not take this medicine for the following people: (1) Persons who have not received a diagnosis or treatment for irritable bowel syndrome from a doctor.
(2) People who are unsure whether their irritable bowel syndrome has recurred (for example, the symptoms this time are different from when they were previously diagnosed and treated for irritable bowel syndrome).
(3) People who feel the need to go to the toilet to defecate or have abdominal pain even during the night while sleeping.
(4) People with fever.
(5) People with joint pain.
(6) People who have mucus and bloody stool (melena).
(7) People who have recurring severe diarrhea.
(8) People who have acute severe diarrhea.
(9) People who have abdominal pain that does not improve with defecation.
(10) People who have vomiting.
(11) Persons who have unexpectedly lost 3 kg or more in weight within 6 months.
(12) Persons with a history of colon cancer or inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, etc.).
(13) Persons who have had allergic symptoms due to this drug or its ingredients.
(14) Children under 15 years old.
2. Please do not use it for a long period of time.
