“Kids Bufferin Cold Syrup S” is a syrup-type cold medicine for children from 3 months to under 7 years old.
Five types of active ingredients relieve the symptoms of colds that drain children’s physical strength, such as fever, cough, and runny nose.
●Caffeine-free formula that won’t disturb your child’s precious sleep.
●Does not contain codeine (narcotic ingredient).
●Strawberry-flavored syrup that is easy for even small children to swallow.
●Equipped with a safety cap to prevent children from swallowing accidentally.
Bufferin products are available with different active ingredients. The active ingredient of this product is not acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin).

●How to pour
Place the mouth of the bottle against the edge of the measuring cup and pour. If you pour the bottle away from the bottle, the syrup may drip around the mouth of the bottle and solidify, making it difficult to open the cap.

Usage and dosage


Take the following dose three times a day after each meal and, if necessary, before bedtime.
It may be taken up to 6 times a day at 4-hour intervals.
3 years old or older and under 7 years old: 10mL per dose
1 year old or older and under 3 years old: 7.5mL per dose
Over 6 months and under 1 year old: 6mL per dose
3 months or more but less than 6 months: 5mL per dose
Less than 3 months: Do not take

(1) When giving this product to children, please use it under the guidance and supervision of their parents.
(2) For infants under 2 years of age, please give priority to having them consult a doctor and administer this medicine only if it is unavoidable.

2. Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this drug:

3. After taking this medicine, do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery (you may experience drowsiness, etc.)
4. Do not take this drug if you are breastfeeding, or avoid breastfeeding if you are taking this drug.
5. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking the drug

Kidney disorder: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, general swelling, general malaise, joint pain (pain in the joints), diarrhea, etc. may appear.
Interstitial pneumonia: When you climb stairs or push yourself too hard, you may experience shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, dry cough, fever, etc., which may appear suddenly or persist.
Asthma: wheezing, whistling, and difficulty breathing when breathing.
