Also, if you feel the urge to defecate, please go to the toilet without holding back.
2. Make sure to eat high-fiber foods and drink plenty of water.
(Example: vegetables, fruits, konnyaku, agar, seaweed, etc.)
3. Please try to do moderate exercise, abdominal massage, etc.
4. Drinking cold water or milk when you wake up early in the morning will make it easier to have a bowel movement.

Usage and dosage
Inject 1 tablet (30g) into the rectum at a time for ages 12 and older.
If the effect is not seen, please inject the same amount again.

2. Remove the cap from the container, check that there are no scratches on the insertion site, insert it into the anus, and slowly inject the medicinal solution while gently squeezing the container.
3. The insertion part is longer (compared to our company) and the container is a bellows type that is easy to crush, making it easier to use even for elderly people with weak strength.
4. After injecting the drug, wait 2 to 5 minutes until the urge to defecate is strong enough to defecate.
(If you cannot insert it smoothly, pour out a little liquid and wet the area around the tip to make it easier to insert.)
